At GVN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all GVN tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
